1. Return Window

Eligible returns must be requested within seven (7) calendar days of delivery or in-store purchase. Requests made after that window are not eligible for return or exchange.

To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the request. We will reply with approval and next steps.

2. Eligibility Requirements

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in original resaleable condition.
  • All original packaging, inserts, accessories, and tags must be included.
  • The customer must provide proof of purchase.
  • Items damaged through use, installation, or mishandling are not eligible for return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale unless we explicitly approve otherwise in writing:

  • Opened food, candy, and other consumable items.
  • Items that have been installed, modified, or used.
  • Items damaged after delivery because of misuse or improper installation.
  • Clearance or final sale products marked as non-returnable.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method or process an exchange. Refunds are typically completed within 3 to 5 business days after approval.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will cover the return shipping and work with you on a replacement, exchange, or refund.

For approved change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will send the return instructions and shipping details after approval.
